Breath represents the most tangible expression of the spirit in all living things.   The term Calisthenics comes from the Greek words 'Kalos' and 'Stenos', meaning beauty and strength.    At Calisthenics you do strength exercises with your own weight.   These are exercises that consists of a variety of movements that are mostly performed with no equipment but yourself.

  • In its combination it consists of rites to do in repetitions, different breath patterns and positions.
  • They can be executed separately during the day or in  one go. The repetition is started with 7 and can be added until the max of 21.
  • As its main goal is to achieve a daily practice the force is not in doing an exercise but to become aware of one's self doing and becoming Self aware in itself.

On one of my journeys I met a descendant of Kalid Gibran.

Hajjar Gibran gave me his Moving in Mediation which I found easy and deep.
